We will continue to use the professional period as Small Learning Community meetings. During those 3 one-hour meetings, teams may elect to work with other teachers individually to develop interdisciplinary lessons or with the CTT teachers or within their cohort. These sub-meetings will take place in the room that the team normally meets in. If scheduling permits, communities may be able to decide to meet as a whole community.
If you vote yes, you are voting to maintain the SLC as your professional period; if you vote no, you wish to select your professional period activity from the Circular 6 menu (professional period activity menu), which will be worked out by the Chapter and the Principal to reflect the needs of the school.
